Our Story
ErgoPros began with humble roots and a clear mission: to bring expert care and injury prevention to the workplace through authentic, people-first connections. The original name was, Steve Favia Sports Medicine. Our founder, Steve—an award-winning certified athletic trainer—started by helping companies care for their injured employees. His hands-on approach and genuine impact quickly gained attention, and demand for his services grew organically through word of mouth.
As more businesses reached out, it became clear Steve couldn’t be everywhere at once. So, he began building a trusted team of like-minded professionals who shared his commitment to employee well-being and workplace safety.
Today, ErgoPros is proud to serve companies across the country. From employees to safety managers and executives, our team continues to earn trust and drive results—delivering customized injury prevention, ergonomic, and wellness solutions that make a real difference every day.
